Manuel Tapial, Laura Arau and journalist David Segarra Filed Criminal Charges against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, six of his cabinet ministers and the head military officer in charge of the Freedom Flotilla attack, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The accused are the Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, defense minister Ehud Barak; foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman; Intelligence and atomic affairs Dan Meridor; strategic affairs Moshe Ya'alon; interior minister Eli Yishai and cabinet minister Benny Bergin. also among them is vice-admiral Eliezer Marom
