"Scores of Gazans attended the opening of an art gallery by Iranian artists.

This gallery is the first ever Iranian art gallery in Palestinian territories.

It is part of the Iranian international festival of resistance art which aims to revive the culture of resistance and endurance, fighting against arrogance and exploitation as well as highlighting the Islamic Awakening.

Attendees highly appreciated the Iranian artists for the efforts that they have made to portray the suffering of Palestinians in their paintings.

Iranian Artists were not able to attend this gallery due to the Israeli blockade.

Festival directors Dr. Habibollah Sadeghi and Mr. Reza Khazaeli communicated with the gallery's attendees via internet video call.

The director of the international youth and freedom documentary film festival in Gaza Reyad Shahin brought the paintings while visiting the Islamic Republic of Iran last month; he had this to say…

Many in this blockaded seaside territory see this gallery as prelude to more Iranian Palestinian cooperation.
