Adidas sponsored the 2011 Jerusalem Marathon which was due to run earlier today and this marathon includes in its itinerary the illegal settlement of Pisgat Ze'ev. By thus in effect recognizing this settlement as part of Jerusalem, Adidas is harming the struggle of the Palestinian People for the return of their stolen homeland and for the creation of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. We call on Adidas to cancel all such sponsorships till such time as Israel has returned to its pre-1967 borders.
