PressTV - Israeli bulldozers demolish Palestinian school:

"Sari al-Khalili, Press TV, Tana

This scene is not new for Palestinians who live close to the Jordanian border.
A Palestinian elementary school and at least 12 other buildings were demolished by Israeli military bulldozers in Tana; a very small village close to the West Bank city of Nablus.
The attack is the third of its kind in less than two weeks. Last month, the Israeli army demolished a Palestinian mosque in the village of Yarzeh not far away from here.
Abu Ziad told us the army came in and started demolishing all the structures including his house, the nearby school, and even the Red Cross building.
Israeli officials claim the structures were temporary, and
Tana is located in Area C of the West Bank, which is under full Israeli control and where all construction and planning issues come under the jurisdiction of the Israeli authorities.
In less than a year, Israel has demolished over 100 Palestinian shacks, homes and agricultural structures throughout the territory near the Jordan border.
The Israeli Civil Administration carries out the illegal demolitions in the West Bank and oversees new settlement projects in Area C, covering 60% of the West Bank. At least 10 bulldozer incursions have been reported during the past two months.
