The Palestinian village of wadi Fuqeen, near Bethlehem in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, is facing a new mortal danger. Sandwiched between the illegal Jewish settlement of Beitar Illit on one side and the apartheid wall on the other, it has long been suffering from sewage being regularly dumped on its farmland by the settlers. But now the Jewish settlement has has begun to dump concrete-like substances from a quarry on to the village, ruining what's left of the Palestinian farms.
