The Arab Educational Institute (AEI-Open Windows) organized its second annual Sumud Festival entitled: 'Can you Hear me?' Near the Apartheid Wall, at Rachel's Tomb in Bethlehem. Dr. Victor Batarseh -- The Mayor of Bethlehem, Mr. Abdallah Shakarneh -- Head of the Ministry of Education, AEI administration and staff, some NGO's, people from Bethlehem and Internationals attended the festival.
