Tyrone Gaza Solidarity meeting [1/4]
Meeting held in solidarity with the Viva Palestina convoy attempting to bring humanitarian aid to Gaza, hosted by the Independent Workers Union.
Part 1
The meeting is introduced by Patricia Campbell (IWU), and Tommy McKearney (IWU) and Peter Canavan (Tyrone footballer and president of the Gaza GAA Club) speak.
Part 2
Mahmoud Abu Aisha talks from Gaza on the current situation facing the people there and their hopes for the international aid convoy.
Part 3
Tyrone's John Hurson talks from Syria on the current status of the convoy and the attempts to get the aid through to Gaza.
Part 4
Mickey Coleman and Plunkett McGartland perform their song Mother's Lullaby, about the Israeli assault on Gaza one year ago.
