[Press TV News] Gaza Suffering Acute Shortage Due To Israeli and Egyptian Siege - January 21, 2010
Israeli and Egyptian restrictions and blockade are making life harder for Gaza residents. The Gaza Strip is suffering acute electricity shortages in the middle of the cold winter. This is mainly because Israel refuses to allow sufficient amounts of fuel and spare parts into the Strip for the territory's sole power plant to operate normally.
