Palestinians Marking the Arab Cultural Year in East Jerusalem were brutally attacked, handcuffed and detained by the Israeli Occupation Forces.
"On Thursday, December 17 a Palestinian cultural celebration was brutally repressed by Israeli Occupation Forces in Jerusalem. Any Palestinian male attempting to exercise their human right to free speech, assembly, and expression was beaten and arrested."
